As we know, in any Horoscope, each planet has a definite point of degrees and sign. These signs are 12 in number. According to traditional astrology, there are some signs favorable to few planets and unfavorable to others. If a planet is in **favorable sign, planet will be strong. Else it is weak.

Every planet has its friendly, enemy and neutral relation to other planets. If a planet connects with friendly planets, gives a benefic result. But if it is with enemy planets, then this is called disturbed planet. Hence gives bad result.

After discussing about planets, now we will discuss about houses. In Horoscope, 12 houses denote different aspect of our life. House counting starts from 1st house. The first house simply is the sign of the Ascendant. The second house is the subsequent sign, and so on.
COLOR RULER:
Copper color is
governed by the Sun, while white by the Moon, blood-red by Mars, green by Mercury, yellow by Jupiter, variegated colors by Venus and blue by Saturn, black
by rahu, ash or gray by ketu.

If ruler of any house is weakly placed or connects with enemy planets would give bad results. Suppose, for cancer ascendant, second house (Leo) ruler is Sun. If Sun is in Libra sign (Weakest place) or conjunct with Saturn (enemy planet) produces less financial growth in life.
This is the simple and basic rule. But it is not the everything. If we follow only this rule blindly, we cannot
reach to correct conclution. We need to scan the chart very
carefully if there is any bad aspect connection of any planets to a
specific house, especially Rahu or Ketu.
